Feeling stressed out? Haven't had time for yourself? Through guided breathing techniques and yoga movements, you'll learn to be still with your body and mind. It's NOT about how flexible you are or how well you can yoga pose. Come as you are and feed your mind, body, and spirit.

In STRONG by Zumba®, you will move to the rythm. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music to give you a high intensity workout. If you don't enjoy working out but love moving to the music, Zumba® is the right class for you. You will have a great time moving to the beat, and have so much fun dancing, you won't realize you're getting a workout in. We welcome all dance skill levels. Come move with us!
